Corrective Action Plans (CAP) A corrective action plan (CAP) is a detailed plan of action developed to achieve outcomes that resolve underperformance and/or non-compliance with the FY20-FY22 Massachusetts Policies for Effective Adult Education in Community Adult Learning Centers and Correctional Institutions . Such areas can be identified a number of ways but the most common are desk reviews, and program quality review (PQR) and site visit (SV) reports.
