Brief Description of Services
The Achievement Network (ANet) is an education nonprofit dedicated to providing all students, regardless of circumstance, with a high-quality education. Founded by a group of school leaders in Boston in 2005, ANet currently works with over 800 schools and 100 systems across 32 states and territories. Through leadership coaching, assessment and data tools, and implementation support, ANet partnerships help districts and schools create an instructional culture in which all students can reach and exceed grade-level expectations. We work alongside school leadership teams to plan and deliver professional development and coaching that deepen educators’ understanding of the Common Core standards in math and ELA, improve planning routines, and strengthen the adult culture of learning. ANet’s professional development, which can be delivered both in-person and virtually, builds expertise in subject content, standards, lesson and school planning, leadership competencies, and other skills critical to developing and retaining high performing teachers and leaders.
