Summary: Seven Years of Innovation. City on a Hill Charter Public School faithfully implements the key design elements of its mission and vision, including: a focus on academic achievement; the “Best of Boston and Beyond;” teacher leadership; public accountability; and citizenship. City on a Hill Charter Public School submitted a Whole School Paper detailing these innovations to the Massachusetts Charter Public School Association (MCPSA) in 2002. The paper is available through the MCPSA website.
