Information About PDF Documents

Many state agencies provide copies of forms and documents on the web in Adobe Acrobat PDF format. To view PDF files, you will need to install the Adobe Acrobat Reader software on your computer. Acrobat Reader is available for a wide variety of platforms from Adobe Systems Incorporated. ("Adobe" is a registered trademark of Adobe Systems Incorporated.)

Adobe has an Accessibility Resource Center to support blind/visually impaired users and website developers. This Resource Center offers a service to convert PDF documents into simple HTML or ASCII text which can then be read by a number of common screen reading programs that synthesize the HTML as audible speech. Please note that converted versions of state agency forms or documents may not be acceptable for official business.
