The grade 8 civics practice test includes a state-level performance-based task and end-of-course (EOC) test questions. This tutorial can be used to familiarize students with how to navigate the TestNav 8 computer-based environment (advancing, going back, tool bar, embedded supports and accommodations).
Each Grade 8 Civics MCAS item is aligned to a cognitive skill level, based on the Revised Bloom's taxonomy, which are described on the Cognitive Skill Level Descriptions for Grade 8 Civics MCAS Items webpage.
