The purpose of this targeted grant is to provide partial funding that supports the operation of a four-week summer program for students completing grades 7–10, conducted Monday through Friday each week at Stonehill College during July 2022, serving students from cities and town including, but not limited to: Abington, Acushnet, Avon, Berkley, Bridgewater-Raynham Regional District, Bristol-Plymouth Voc. Tech., Dighton-Rehoboth Regional School District, Easton, East Bridgewater, Freetown-Lakeville Regional School District, Middleboro, Norton, Old Rochester Regional School District, Rockland, South Shore Vocational Technical, Taunton, Wareham, and West Bridgewater.
Middleborough Public Schools is eligible to apply for this funding that will help support the program for students from all participating districts.

Approximately up to $137,500 is available.
Funding is contingent upon availability. All dollar amounts listed are estimated/approximate and are subject to change. If more funding becomes available, it will be distributed under the same guidelines that appear in this RFP document.
Funds must be used to supplement funds from other sources that are already planned for this summer program. Funds must be used to support operation of this summer program for students from all participating districts, and as described in a budget, budget narrative, and required program information that is submitted to the Department.
Funds may only be used towards this summer program's related expenses that occur after the application is approved and before the end of the project duration.
Note: Indirect costs may not be charged to this grant
