The Wait is OVER...

The application for the Koplik Certificate of Mastery has finally become a COMPLETELY electronic process! (YAY!)
This means that 2024 was the LAST year that you will be accepting paper applications, using the Koplik drop box or the information student submission form, as we have upgraded and streamlined the entire process! While this new process is pretty close to painless, it will require some training to get everyone up to speed, so please pick a session below that works best for you.

Things to Note:

~ This training is MANDATORY. The system quite easy but not exactly intuitive and the old system WILL NOT BE AVAILABLE for the class of 2025 and beyond

~ These trainings will take place virtually on Zoom. The link will be emailed ONE (1) week before the session

~ You MUST register with your school/district email address as these sessions are for Koplik coordinators/guidance personnel only (all registrations with personal email addresses will be removed)

~ Sessions are limited to 20 participants. Please only register for sessions for which you are certain you can attend

~ Please do not register for multiple sessions without checking with me first (duplicate registrations will be deleted)

~ Student eligibility requirements ARE NOT CHANGING for 2025

Feel free to reach out to me with any questions, I look forward to connecting with each of you this fall.
