FY2024 Charter School Pre-Enrollment Estimate Due December 7, 2022

The Department of Elementary and Secondary Education (Department) is collecting estimated enrollment data for the 2023-2024 school year to inform the FY2024 state budget. The collection will be done using the Charter School Pre-Enrollment online application located in the Department's Security Portal.

All charter schools, both Commonwealth and Horace Mann, are required to submit their estimated total enrollment by 5:00 p.m. on Wednesday, December 7, 2022. We collect the total estimated FY2024 enrollment only and do not collect enrollment information by town or grade.

Note about the minimum and maximum parameters that are based on chartered maximum enrollment and grade span: Schools will be unable to submit pre-enrollment estimate data that is outside of the minimum or maximum number of students allowed by the application.
