How can DESE support collective responsibility? With all these newcomers, the ML teams cannot be the only ones doing everything for the MLs. This include extra literacy supports, math, SLIFE, etc.

3:05–3:20	Breakout 2: Discussion and Recommendations around Assessment for ELs with Disabilities.
How can DESE support students with disabilities and ACCESS testing? We see a lot of our students not meeting the state progress target are the ones on IEPs. Is this a function of the test, the way the progress targets are set, underserved students on IEPs, especially those with significant disabilities?
