For a statewide college and career readiness program implemented by JFYNetWorks, a nonprofit corporation, to (a) maintain the JFYNet college and career readiness program to administer diagnostic and college placement tests in high schools; and (b) provide individualized online instructional curricula to strengthen the skills measured by the tests; provided, that JFYNetWorks, shall allocate not less than 50 per cent of the amount appropriated herein for the purposes of providing academic support to prepare students to demonstrate high school competency on the Massachusetts Comprehensive Assessment System 2.0 examination.
The organization JFY NetWorks is eligible for this money, as noted in the Fiscal Year 2020 state budget 7061-9406 line item language.
State
Approximately up to $700,000 in total is available to JFY NetWorks for the purposes noted above.
Funding is contingent upon availability. All dollar amounts listed are estimated/approximate and are subject to change. If more funding becomes available it will be distributed under the same guidelines that appear in this RFP document.
Funds must be used as described in a budget, budget narrative, and scope of services that is submitted to the Department's Office of Student and Family Support.

It is expected that JFY NetWorks will work with the Department to collect/submit data from participating schools/districts including, but not limited to, to the number of service hours and subjects and the SASIDs of participating students.
A narrative evaluation of the overall effectiveness of the program is requested by the Department — to be submitted after the end of the program (and by July 31, 2020).
Submit all required grant materials through EdGrants.
In EdGrants, grantees are required to create and name the project. Please use the following naming convention for your "Applicant Project Name" in EdGrants:
