DIRECTIONS TO MAIN (CHANDLER STREET) ENTRANCE
For: Hospital, MassHealth, Merrimack Center, MEMA, SOPS, Middlesex DUIL Program

From Route 93, take Exit 42 Dascomb Road:
A. Going North from Boston: at the end of the exit ramp take a left onto Dascomb Road, which turns into East Street.
1. Go straight for approximately 3 miles until you reach your third set of lights (go past the East Street entrance.)
2. At traffic lights bear left onto Chandler Street.
3. After approximately 500 yards take a left onto Hospital Road, Chandler Street ENTRANCE .
4. Proceed straight on Hospital Road to campus.
5. For Visitors' Parking, take the 4th left into B Lot.
6. For Handicapped Parking, continue ahead and take first right and then right again into C LOT.
7. Once inside the Hospital, sign in at the Information Desk, where a Campus Police Officer will direct you to
your destination.
B. Going South from New Hampshire at end of exit ramp take a left at stop sign and continue onto East Street.
1. Follow directions 1-7 above.

From Route 128 (I-95):
1. Take Route 93 North to Exit 42 Dascomb Road.
2. Follow above directions A and 1-7 above.

From Route 495 (North from Worcester / South from Lawrence/West from Lowell):
1. Take Exit 38 Tewksbury/ Lowell.
2. Turn left at the end of the ramp and follow Route 38 for approximately 3.5 miles to Tewksbury Center.
3. Go straight through the set of lights at Tewksbury Center. (Gazebo on right).
4. At the next set of traffic lights, turn left onto Chandler Street. (Gas station on left)
5. Take your 1st right onto Hospital Road, Chandler Street ENTRANCE.
6. Follow directions above numbered 4- 7.

DIRECTIONS TO EAST STREET ENTRANCE
For: Old Chapel, Public Health Museum, DMH Northeast Suburban Area Office, Department of Public Safety, Glenice Sheehan
Program, Storehouse and Lahey Behavior Health Programs: Transitions, HART House and Tewksbury Treatment Center.

From Route 93, take Exit 42 Dascomb Road:
A. Going North from Boston: at the end of the exit ramp take a left onto Dascomb Road, which turns into East Street.
1. Go straight for approximately 3 miles until you reach your second set of lights.
2. Go straight through the lights and take your first left on to East Street ENTRANCE, then bear left on Chapel
Road, and follow campus directional signs to your destination.
B. Going South from New Hampshire at end of exit ramp take a left at stop sign and continue onto East Street.
1. Follow directions A. above 1and 2.

From Route 128 (I-95):
1. Take Route 93 North to Exit 42 Dascomb Road.
2. Follow above directions A. 1 and 2.

From Route 495 (North from Worcester / South from Lawrence/West from Lowell:
1. Take Exit 38 Tewksbury/ Lowell.
2. Turn left at the end of the ramp and follow Route 38 for approximately 3.5 miles to Tewksbury Center.
3. At Tewksbury Center set of lights take a left, then a quick right onto East Street.
4. At the next set of traffic lights go straight. Then, take next right, onto East Street ENTRANCE.
5. Once on campus, follow campus directional signs to your destination.
