Retrieving Your Username

If you are unsure of what your username is, you can use the 'Forgot Username' function to retrieve it. This can be found on the ESP Login page, below the 'Login' button.

Click 'Forgot Username.' You will be prompted to enter the email address that is associated with your account and click 'Submit'. You will only be sent an email if the email address you enter matches an existing record. If you have multiple usernames associated with a single email, that email will contain all usernames.

After entering your email address, a notice will be displayed stating that you have been sent an email containing your username. You will now be able to login using your username. Note: If you have not received an email, please check your spam folder.
