Resetting Your Password
If you do not remember your password, you can reset your password by using the 'Forgot Password' tool. To begin the password reset process, click the 'Forgot Password?' link on the ESP login page.
Upon clicking the 'Forgot Password' link, you will be prompted to enter your username and the email address associated with your account. Once you enter this information and click 'Forgot Password,' an email will be sent to the associated email address containing a verification code. An email will only be sent if the combination of your username and email address matches an existing record. Note: If you do not receive an email, please check your spam folder. If you receive an error message stating that the combination your entered does not exist, please double check your email address. If you continue to encounter one of these issues, please submit a Help ticket.
Go to your email and find the verification code, then enter the code manually and click Verify.
You will then be prompted to change your password. Enter your new password in the 'New Password' field, and re-enter it again into the 'Verify Password' field. The requirements for the new password can be found at the top of the screen, and a green checkmark will appear next to each parameter as you fulfill each requirement. Once you have entered a password that meets all criteria, click 'Update Password'. Note: Your password must fulfill each requirement to be updated. If you receive an error message after clicking Update Password, please check that your password meets all the requirements.
Once your password has been updated, you will be directed to the ESP Login page. A green banner will be displayed at the top of the screen indicating that you have successfully updated your password. You may now use your new password to login.
