At the December 21, 2010 regular meeting, I presented to you the Department's Selected Strategic Initiatives, FY2011. Based upon feedback that we heard from you during that discussion, we have made revisions to the long-term goals and strategic initiatives. I will present the revised Selected Strategic Initiatives, FY2011 to you for discussion at the January 25 meeting and will ask the Board to vote to endorse the five areas of focus and the long-term goals outlined in the document.
