The facilitation resources provide information about how to facilitate each activity, including suggested meeting agendas, timeframes, and presentation slide text.
Districts or schools interested in creating an action plan from an existing plan, particularly one not created with the Planning for Success process, may want to conduct a plan assessment in order to identify strategic initiatives for action planning.
