Meeting to Discuss the Public Draft of the Common Core Standards

On March 22, from 3-6 p.m., the Department of Elementary and Secondary Education will hold a meeting with K12 educators, college faculty and members of the Board of Elementary and Secondary Education to discuss the latest drafts of the Common Core standards in English and Mathematics. The meeting will focus on the English language arts draft from 3 to 4:30 p.m. and then address the mathematics standards from 4:30 to 6 p.m. The meeting will be held at the DESE, 75 Pleasant St., Malden, MA in room 201.
